Wdrażanie transformacji Lean-Agile SAFe® w organizacji

Szkolenie oparte na wersji SAFe 4.6

The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) pomaga firmom sprostać znaczącym wyzwaniom związanym z opracowywaniem i dostarczaniem oprogramowania i systemów klasy korporacyjnej w jak najkrótszym, zrównoważonym czasie realizacji.

Skalowalność i możliwość konfiguracji SAFe pozwala każdej organizacji dostosować to podejście do własnych potrzeb biznesowych. Wspiera zarówno rozwiązania mniejszej skali, angażując  50 – 125 ekspertów, jak również złożone systemy wymagające tysięcy osób.

Bogaty zasób wiedzy SAFe opisuje role, obowiązki, artefakty i działania niezbędne do wdrożenia i rozwoju Lean-Agile.
